Your timing

It is generally advisable to apply for renewal approximately 30 days before the current residence permit expires. This allows sufficient time for processing and to address any potential issues or requests for additional documents. Some sources suggest applying up to 90 days in advance, especially if an in-person appointment is required, to account for appointment availability and processing times.

The process
