Renewing a Fijian driving licence involves submitting an application to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) to update personal details and pay the required renewal fee. Applicants are generally required to appear in person to have their photograph taken for the new card.

Your timing

It is generally recommended to initiate the renewal process at least two to four weeks before the licence expires to account for potential administrative processing times or office queues. Starting early ensures that individuals remain legally authorized to drive without interruption.

The process
