The process

- 5Submit documents to the issuing authority: Present the completed application form (from URA portal), payment receipt, original expired driving licence, medical certificate, and national identification to the relevant driving licence issuing office, typically under the Ministry of Works and Transport.
- 6Await processing and issuance: The submitted documents will be reviewed, and if approved, the new driving licence will be processed and issued. Collection details will be provided at the submission point.
