Your timing

It is generally advisable for applicants and their employers to begin the work permit renewal process at least three to four months before the current permit's expiration date. Start 90 days ahead

This lead time is recommended to accommodate document gathering, employer submissions, and the processing period by the Labour Commissioner and Immigration Department, ensuring continuous legal employment.

The process
